Sales Engineer, Nordic & Baltics

We are looking for a new colleague who wants to work as a Sales Engineers, with marketing experience that will be an active part of Axalta’s journey to the next level. We need a flexible and outgoing person who can work independently.
We are seeking a Sales Engineer, focused on sales together with creative communication activities reaching new customers and building solid business network for us to grow our business in the Nordic and Baltic market where we do see huge potential.
This position is based in Sweden. You will report to our Nordic Sales Leader and you will work in close corporation with the Nordic Sales Team. The position will include traveling in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Main tasks and responsibilities
• Sales Engineer in the Nordic & Baltics market
• New and already existing customers
• Identifying and visiting customers and building relationships /networks
• Marketing campaigns execution, internal & external – presentations, ads etc.
• Digital marketing coordination
Experience and personality
You have a well-documented sales experience, preferably within paint business. Meriting you having also marketing work experience. Interest in and understanding for technical products is a plus and experience from the Coatings industry is meritorious. You can manage Photoshop and InDesign on a practical level, and you can handle all the MS Office programs. You can express yourself fluently in both English and Swedish, and possibly also in either Finnish or/and Russian.
As a person you are high-performing, results-oriented, flexible and creative. You are also project oriented, able to work structured and outgoing. You find it easy to communicate, make presentations and build lasting relationships.
