Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) of Transformation

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or engineering or equivalent
• Located in Germany or Europe
• 7+ years’ experience with project / program management activities
• 3+ years’ experience as a consultant responsible for transforming organizations
• Solid experience in transformation areas: growth, sustainability, productivity (i.e. cost-out), lean / simplify organization
• Strong positive interpersonal communication across all levels of organization, change management and conflict resolution skills
• Strong interest in bringing new ideas to the development of innovation whilst working in an international environment
• Pro-active and hands-on personality
• Organized working style and a motivated team player
• Preferably professional experience in Siemens Energy related to Strategy, Business Development, Business Improvement or Finance
• German language skills considered an advantage
• Ideally strong understanding of the Energy & Oil & Gas markets as well as experience in project management

• The Senior Project Manager will drive and manage projects end-to-end across transformational areas with Industrial Applications Unit including but not limited to growth, sustainability, productivity and lean/simplify organization. Scope of work relevant for the Senior Project Manager of Transformation includes, but is not limited to:
• Develop new transformational programs from beginning to end in partnership with BUs, offering consultative-like support to the business
• Facilitate workshops with responsible parties (BUs/functions) on transformational projects
• Utilize data to determine baselines, benchmarks, targets, and/or identify opportunity areas
• Idea generation with respective parties to determine measures on how to obtain targets
• Coordination between stakeholders to ensure engagement, collaboration, acceptance of key areas including baselines, targets, and measures
• Prepare board presentations, division program report out and other relevant stakeholder presentations

• Direct exposure to Executive Board Management, BU and Division CEOs
• Opportunity to develop yourself in larger team responsibilities
